Order Policies:

Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.

I will complete your order as fast as possible. (I am the only employee I have. So sometimes it takes a while to complete an order.) Turnaround time depends on how many orders are ahead of yours. Your order must be paid in full prior to the item being created.

There is a no refund policy your payment will not be returned if you cancel your order.

Customer Items:

Laser Beams & Twisted Paper or I Karen are not responsible for any customer item that does not perform well in the laser.

I will not replace any items you do not purchase from me if the laser destroys an item. I will give every care possible to your items that you entrust in my care.

Shipping:

All packages will be shipped via USPS

All items will be shipped at actual shipping costs.

With return receipt fee from USPS.

Your signature on the return receipt states you received the item with no physical damage. If damaged do not accept the package.

I will photo all shipped items with packing material and destroy after 10 days of receipt of signature.

Any damage to packages will be handled according to USPS policies.

Refunds:

All sales are final.

There will be no refunds.

You have 5 days to contact me if an error occurs such as misspelled name on your item. If a spelling error is created on my end a corrected item will be shipped when the incorrect item is returned to me.
