Orders:

-Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.

-I will complete your order as fast as possible. (I am the only employee I have. So sometimes it takes a while to complete an order.) Turnaround time depends on how many orders are ahead of yours.

-Your order must be paid in full prior to the item being created.

-There is a no refund policy your payment will not be returned if you cancel your order.

Customer Items:

-Laser Beams & Twisted Paper or I Karen are not responsible for any customer item that does not perform well in the laser.

-I will not replace any items you do not purchase from me if the laser destroys an item.

-I will give every care possible to your items that you entrust in my care.

Shipping:

-All packages will be shipped via USPS

-All items will be shipped at actual shipping costs.

-With return receipt fee from USPS.

-Your signature on the return receipt states you received the item with no physical damage.

-If damaged do not accept the package.

-I will photo all shipped items with packing material and destroy after 10 days of receipt of signature.

-Any damage to packages will be handled according to USPS policies.

Refunds:

-All sales are final.

-There will be no refunds.

-You have 5 days to contact me if an error occurs such as misspelled name on your item.

-If a spelling error is created on my end a corrected item will be shipped when the incorrect item is returned to me.
